The Theme for 2025, “Access to Diabetes Care,” reminds us that millions still lack affordable insulin, glucose testing tools, and medical support. Equal access to healthcare can save lives and prevent serious complications like heart disease, kidney failure, and blindness.
Eat a balanced diet and stay active, Avoid sugary drinks and processed food, Get regular check ups and know your blood sugar level, Spread awareness as talk about it, post about it, and support those living with diabetes are some precautions that can be taken to prevent from diabetes in day to day life.
The blue circle is the global symbol of diabetes, it represents unity in the fight against this condition. So, Let’s make every choice count from what we eat to how we live. Diabetes may be a lifelong condition, but with awareness, support, and healthy habits, it doesn’t have to control our lives.
